What to Have Ready on April 27th

This is a working session. Come prepared and you'll leave with a plan you can implement the same week.

  Have your current summer schedule in mind. Know your typical booking patterns from June through August so you can apply the frameworks directly to your practice.

  Think about your current patient communication sequence. What happens after a patient books? What happens after they leave? We'll be building on this.

  Have a notepad or open document ready. This is a strategy session, not a passive presentation. You'll want to capture what's specific to your practice.

  Join 5 minutes early. We start on time and the first 10 minutes set the frame for everything that follows.
